The Premier/AutoMail PRO solution takes the fullest advantage of the integration built into ITI’s Premier account management applications (DDA, loans, etc.) and Premier Director by commingling many types
of statements and notices into a single mail file. This helps you assemble mailings of 500 pieces or more, qualifying for the same kind of First-Class batch discounts you’re now accustomed to when mailing checking statements. The versatile Premier Director document management system offers a selection
of components that integrate with Premier/AutoMail PRO. Director Report Archive (COLD) is used to process truncated statements, while the addition of Director Check Image Archive enables imaged statements, as well.
Banks using the Premier/AutoMail PRO solution to mail both statements and notices will typically save 8½ cents postage on each piece of First-Class mail, producing a return on investment that grows with mail volume. You’ll also save on labor and equipment. AutoMail PRO reduces labor by pre-sorting mail and automatically completing all postage forms, then saves wear and tear on the postage meter by calculating postage for each piece of mail. Since Premier Director can generate imaged statements, there’s no need for labor or equipment to stuff checks, either.
