ITI's Companion Modules work in concert with the Document Management Modules to complete the Premier Director Document Management solution –– versatile accessories that help you get the very most from your integrated information system.
Web Director
Web Director provides immediate access to information and documents through your Microsoft® Internet Explorer web browser. Its browser-based architecture eliminates the requirement for each user to log in to the Director server, reducing the need to create and maintain multiple users on the Microsoft platform. Through an intranet, Web Director offers the same research features as a thick- client station, all through a single server. Because it integrates fully with Premier account management systems (demand deposit, savings, CD and loan applications), whether using this browser-based version or the traditional rich client version, the same efficient, convenient access and retrieval features are available for check images and reports processed by Director, at every workstation.
Director Advanced Mail Services
Director Advanced Mail Services offers a simple e-mail option for documents stored in Director, sending them to Internet addresses. Documents like check images, statements and notices can now be sent directly to the customer in an e-mail.
Director Publishing
Director Publishing creates a self-contained, portable version of the Director system so your customers can view and retrieve specific information from their own computer without accessing the complete Director system. This version maintains document integrity while supporting Director’s document retrieval, crossreferencing, text search and printing functions.
Director CD/DVD Authoring
Director CD/DVD Authoring interfaces with supported CD-R or DVD-R writers to create backup copies of Director disk group volumes, ensuring that the Director server has disk space available for new and frequently accessed documents. DVD technology stores up to eight times more data than a CD-ROM, which saves time, reduces storage requirements and cuts costs. Media can be stored in a jukebox for near-line retrieval, off-site for disaster recovery, or both. Director also maintains the location of documents as they migrate from media to media, for efficient retrieval, whether online, or near-line on CD or DVD.
