- Premier Core is the set of modules that serve as the cornerstone for the entire Premier suite - Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA), Savings Accounts (SAV), Certificates of Deposit(COD), Loan Accounting System (LAS), Customer Information System (CIS) and the Security Control Module (SCM). Offering superior control, operational efficiency, enhanced customer service and powerful management reporting, the Premier Core powers an extensive line of accounting and management information systems that leverage the power of today's network-based computing platforms.
- Activity Management System (AMS) enables you to expand the transaction histories available to your staff and customers, facilitating research and expediting responses to customer inquiries. Customers can access their transactions through PremierEcom and assign them categories. Categorized transactions can then be imported into accounting and tax preparation software programs, saving customers time and effort.
- Financial Management System (FMS) provides a full range of general ledger accounting features (e.g. budget control, branch consolidation and statement reporting) with the flexibility to transform your operational data into consistent, reliable information optimized for reporting and analysis.
- Holding Company Module is used for multiple financial institutions within a single holding company, combining them to produce reports that compare similar accounts within a group of organizations and provide combined totals. The account history information of each institution’s accounts is transferred into a consolidated holding company account and a history summary is generated that includes all 36 months of average balance, month-end balance, monthly posted debits and monthly posted credits, as well as actual and projected budgets.
- Item Entry System permeates all phases of the proof process with its versatile, powerful, integrated and online features, providing your organization the flexibility and adaptability to manage all of your item processing needs.
- Transaction Management System (TMS) allows your tellers and customer service representatives to accurately enter transfers, stop payments and other non-cash transactions quickly and easily. Using Premier’s browserbased architecture, any authorized member of your staff can efficiently launch TMS transaction templates to enter phone transfers, wire transfers, service charges, reversals and similar transactions. And because TMS templates control all the details, from transaction codes and descriptions to debits and credits, no extensive staff training is required.
